  4. Add Entry: Click “Add Entry” to save your mood and journal entry. Your entry will be displayed in a list below.

User Manual

  1. Filling Out the Form:
  • Date: Select the date of the mood entry.
  • Mood: Choose your current mood from the dropdown menu.
  • Journal Entry: Write about your thoughts or experiences related to your mood.
